Leadership: Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors provides us with exceptional leadership and oversight. These members include the District Superintendents and District Secretaries of the "cooperating" districts of the United Pentecostal Church International, as well as eight directors at Large. The Ladies Ministries President and the General Youth President of the UPCI are also members of the board. Other honorary board members also serve.
The current corporate officers are as follows:

The annual meeting of the Board of Directors is held during the month of February, with over 40 members usually present. On the Tuesday prior to the General Board session on Wednesday, the following sub-committees of the TCM Board convene:
- Planning Committee (Aubrey Jayroe, Chairman)
- Budget Committee (T. F. Tenney, Chairman)
- Education and Assistance Committee (Shay Mann, Chairman)
