TCM Residential Services Administration

Tupelo Children's Mansion Residential Services is a deparment of Tupelo Children's Mansion, and functions as the residential care program for the children that are placed at the Mansion. All aspects of direct-care services are handled in this department, including Haven of Hope Girls' Home.

The Executive Director of Residential Services oversees the entire program. Chad Parker has been the TCM Licensed Social Worker since May 2004, and was moved into this role in February 2009. He and his wife, Angela, have three adopted children, and have a strong burden for the ministry of Tupelo Children’s Mansion. Chad also serves as the Student Pastor for Life Church.

The Assistant to the Director is the primary support for the Executive Director handling various administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, supply management, and assisting with medical care. Robert Tomlinson was selected to fill this roll.  He has many years of experience working at TCM, and is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).  Robert's wife, Annette, serves as the Sponsor Relations Coordinator.

The TCM Case Manager oversees the coordination of care for all of the residents placed at TCM.  Kathryn Slagle has been employed with TCM since September 1999. She and her husband, Vance, have filled many roles through the years at TCM, including houseparenting. She brings a vast amount of knowledge and proficiency to this position.

The Residential Secretary plays a vital role in the daily functioning of the office. Duties range from answering calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining various records and files. Erika Walker serves in this capacity.  She felt God's call to work at TCM after volunteering  for approximately 4 months in various roles.
